- Bayard the Wakizashi is marked "What you are becoming day by day is infinitely more important than what you are today"
- Marfa the Katana is marked "Your life is a gift from God, what you make of it is your gift to God"
- Made in 1984, near mint condition (there are a few very light stains on the katana blade)
