- Nickel silver collar, slide, and propelling pencil
- Polished bone handle
- Blade has trademark "Best Steel"
- Dates to the mid-to late 1800's, excellent condition (there are small stain spots on blade, but overall it appears this pencil/knife has seen very little use)
