- This unusual blade is single beveled, but with a convex grind at the cutting edge - The cherry blossom horimono was done by Katayama Shigetsune, who is a friend of Tanabe
- Blade has a thumb notched spine and beautiful floral carving on the back side
- Tan G10 front scale, carbon fiber rear scale
- Thong hole
- Includes Kydex belt sheath and silk storage bag
