- Santoku knife has an unusual single beveled hollow grind, the others have traditional double hollow grinds

- Thong holes on the 3 largest knives
- Includes Wusthof blade covers
- Fair to good condition (all knives have light rusting between the handle scales and the tang/ricasso, 4 5/8" utility has staining and light rusting on the back of the blade, 5 1/4" boning knife has a chip in the back end of the handle)
