- Leather belt sheath with stone pocket by JOHNSON'S LEATHER (no sharpening stone included)
- Excellent condition (there are several small stain spots and scratches on the blade)
- The back of the blade is marked "SAM" indicating this knife was made for Sam Arnett, principal shareholder of the Ralph Bone Knife Company
