- Blade spine has thumb notches and a "Wave"
- Titanium bolsters and liners
- Tan G10 scales
- Fancy filed titanium back spacer with window breaker pommel

- Serial #1932, made in 2013
- Good to excellent condition (blade shows scratches from use, and bolsters and liners show scuff marks from pocket carry)
- There is no mark indicating who did the customization, but it was very well done
